Greg Webb, Esq., is a veteran of the United States Armed Forces and one of the nation’s leading trial advocates in cases arising from products liability, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury, complex litigation, and catastrophic injuries.

After obtaining an Economics degree at the University of Virginia in 1986, Greg served in the United States Army for four years, primarily with the 10th Mountain Div. Following his honorable discharge, Greg earned a law degree from the University of Richmond School of Law in 1995. Upon graduation, he was accepted into the Virginia State Bar and the Federal Courts of Virginia.

As a trial attorney, Greg helped secure one of Virginia’s largest wrongful death settlements—a $5.4 million jury award in an Albemarle County case involving a tragic tractor-trailer accident that claimed the life of a 16-year-old honor student. Greg has secured multiple million-dollar-plus settlements for his clients in disputes with commercial trucking companies and corporations, including a notable $10 million settlement in a combined tractor-trailer and product liability case.

Greg’s legal expertise extends beyond Virginia; he has handled cases from Florida to New York and regularly assists clients from various states.
